- The Valor Foundation is establishing a scholarship program for the children of first responders. It is our intent to announce the details of the program in the coming year and award scholarships beginning in the spring of 2011. Specifics are still being finalized, but the scholarships will be awarded for a wide variety of post-secondary studies (not just law enforcement/first responder training). More to come...
